| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素预防产后出血的效果。方法符合纳入标准的452例阴道分娩者,随机分为A组（卡前列甲酯栓组）150例、B组（缩宫素组）150例和C组（卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素组）152例,观察三组产妇的出血量、第三产程时间及不良反应。结果产时至产后2h及产后2～24hC组出血量少于A组及B组（P〈0.05）,A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;第三产程时间C组也明显短于A组及B组（P〈0.05）,A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但三组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素可有效预防产后出血,缩短第三产程,且无明显不良反应。
