独一味抗疲劳与耐缺氧作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究独一味的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。方法采用小鼠常温负重游泳和常压缺氧模型,通过比较小鼠的游泳时间和缺氧存活时间,分析独一味的抗疲劳作用和耐缺氧作用。结果 1)独一味醇提取物使小鼠的游泳时间明显延长(与生理盐水组比较,P〈0.05),作用较独一味水提取物和银杏叶片略佳,但较泼尼松弱。2)独一味醇提取物使小鼠的缺氧存活时间明显延长,与泼尼松组小鼠的存活时间相近(P〉0.05),而独一味水提取物和银杏叶片的作用与生理盐水无明显差别。结论独一味具有抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用,其醇提取物的作用较好。

Abstract:Objective To study the Effects of Herba Lamiophlomis on Anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods Using weight-loading swiming under ordinary temperature and hypoxia under ordinary pressure models in mice,the effects of Herba Lamiophlomis on anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance were observed,through comparing the swimming time and living time in hypoxia.Results Alcohol-soluble extractive of Herba Lamiophlomis extended the swimming time obviously(Compared with the groups of normal sodium,P<0.05).And ...
