| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL的影响。方法采用高脂饮食法建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝病模型,采用全自动生化仪检测大鼠血清中TC、TG、HDL的含量,采用HE染色法观察大鼠肝细胞脂肪变性情况。结果给药组大鼠血清中TC、TG、HDL的含量与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中药复方高剂量组与阿托伐他汀组比较,无明显差异（P〉0.05）;中药复方低剂量组与高剂量组和阳性对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;中药复方高剂量组、中剂量组给药后肝细胞脂肪变性情况明显好转,与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,与阳性对照组相比无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论中药复方对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠有很好的治疗作用。 |
