| 摘 要： | 目的：测定鸡屎藤挥发油化学成分。方法：用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取鸡屎藤挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱（gas chromatography and mass spectro metrometry,GC/MS）联用技术对鸡屎藤挥发油成分进行定量分析。结果：共鉴定出13种化学成分,其中含量最多的成分是棕榈酸（25.701%）,其次为油酸（21.730%）、亚油酸（12.573%）、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚（8.868%）。结论：鸡屎藤挥发油主要成分为棕榈酸。

| Abstract: | Objective:Determine constituents of volatile oil from Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.Methods:The constituents of volatile oil from Paederia scandens by steam distillation was determined by GC/MS.Results:13 components were identified in Gaultheria Yunnanens,and the main constituents are Palmitic acid(25.701%),Oleic acid(21.730%),Linoleic acid(12.573%),2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol(8.868%).Conclusion:Main components from Paederia scandens is Palmitic acid. |
