| 摘 要： | 近年来胃癌的分子生物学研究揭示了不少关于影响胃癌预后的癌周组织反应,包括肿瘤血管生成、细胞外基质或基底膜的降解、肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞、间质细胞反应等,它们的免疫标记物在胃癌中的表达与癌肿的浸润转移密切相关,对预测预后和寻找有效的治疗措施具有重要意义。本文介绍近年来此领域的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Recent study about molecular biology of gastric cancer indicated that tissue reaction surrounding cancer can affect the prognosis of gastric cancer,which includes tumor angiogenesis,degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM) or basement membrane(BM),tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) and response of carcinoma cell and so on.The expression of their immunity marker in cancer is associated with its invasion and melastasis closely,which has a great significance in predicting the prognosis ans seeking an effective therapeutic measure.This article reviews some progresses in this field. |
