某银行职工脂肪肝流行病学调查分析

目的：研究银行职工脂肪肝的流行规律及危险因素，探讨预防发病的干预措施。方法：调查市及五县工商行职工进行肝胆B超、血脂、血流变、血糖及ECG检查。结果：①脂肪肝患病率17．52％；②随年龄和体重指数的增高脂肪肝患病率增高，男＞女。高甘油三酯组脂肪肝患病率高于非高甘油三酯组（P＜0．005）；③脂肪肝组窦缓患病率高于非脂肪肝组（P＜0．005），全血高、中、低切血液粘度值明显高于对照（P＜0．02）。结论：银行职工脂肪肝发病率高于文献，银行职工办公室作业，缺乏体育运动和高脂高糖高蛋白膳食是其高发的主要原因，脂肪肝可导致高粘血症发病增高，必须及时采取干预措施。

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY ON FATTY LIVER AMONG COMMERCE BANK STAFF IN KAIFENG

Objective:To investigate the epidemiology of fatty liver among Kaifeng commerce bank staff and analyze its risk factors.Methods:To survey 588 persons and check their blood sugar,blood fat and hemorheology.Results:1)The incidence of fatty liver of bank staff was 17 52%.2)The incidence gets high with the increase of age and body mass index the high triglyceride group was more than the non high triglyceride group( P< 0 005).3)The sinus brady cardia incidence of fatty livers group was more than that of non fatty livers group( P< 0 005),and the viscosity in fatty livers group was significantly higher than these of non fatty livers group( P< 0 02).Conclusion:The incidence of fatty liver in Kaifeng commerce bank staff was higher than the reported.The office work of the bank staff,shortage of physical exercise and high fat,high sugar,high protein diet may be the main causes.Fatty liver can lead to high viscosity symptom and preventive measurement should be taken.
