| 摘 要： | 目的建立爽咽茶处方制备的合理工艺。方法以总皂苷、总固体物为指标，采用正交试验法对提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为水煎煮法提取3次，每次加入12倍量水，煎煮1h。结论该制备工艺操作可行、质量可控。

| Abstract: | Aim To optimize the extraction process of shuanyancha. Method The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process. The total asterosaponins content and the total solid substances were determined to evaluate the effect of extraction of different processes. Results The optimum extracting process were 12 times water, extracting for 1 h, for 3 times. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is simple and repeatable. It can be used in industrial production. |
