马兜铃对哮喘豚鼠肺组织及支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞数的影响

目的　研究马兜铃对哮喘豚鼠防治作用的影响 ,观察其肺组织学光镜及电镜的变化 ,为中药治疗哮喘提供理论依据。方法　取豚鼠 2 4只 ,分成 3组 (每组 8只 ) ,①哮喘组 :用 4 %卵清白蛋白致敏 ,2周后用1 0 %卵白蛋白超声雾化吸入致其哮喘发作 ;②马兜铃组 :致哮同哮喘组 ,从致敏第 2d起 ,用浓度为 0 2g/mL浓度的马兜铃液 ,按 1g/kg ,每日灌马兜铃药液 1次 ,诱喘同前 ;③正常对照组 :不给予任何处置。结果　哮喘组豚鼠肺组织损害明显 ,气管内膜脱落 ,细胞核浓缩 ,胞浆内大量空泡 ,BALF液中大量细胞浸润。马兜铃组病理改变明显减轻 ,BALF液中细胞浸出减少。结论　马兜铃对豚鼠哮喘有一定的防治作用

Affection of Aristolochic Fluid on Lung Tissue of Guinea Pig with Asthma and Cellular Account in Bronchial Irrigating Fluid

Objective To study the affection of aristolochic fluid on guinea pig with asthma and to observe its histological changes in microscope and electric microscope so that to supply the themry base of TCM. Methods 24 guinea pigs were divided into 3 groups in 8 per each group. The first two groups were caused allergy with ovalbumin. Group A was treated with 10% ovalbumin vaporized inhaling to cause asthma. Group B was treated with aristolochic fluid irragating in 1g/kg. And group C was taken as control. Results The lung tissue was injured severely in asthma group with bronchial endothelial shedding and concentrated nuclear. There was vaculoe in plasma and BALF cell infiltration. In the test group, its pathological changes decreased and also in BALF cell infiltration. Conclusion This drug might have preventive action for guinea asthma.
