摘    要:目的 解决眼科手术中灌注液流不通畅或滞后的问题。方法 研制一种适用于眼科手术的自带通气阀的灌注液瓶,并采用模拟实验的研究方法,分静态和动态对该灌注液瓶的实际效果进行研究。其中对照组为传统灌注液瓶,实验组为自带通气阀的实用新型专利灌注液瓶。研究静态灌注时,取灌注液瓶在固定高度,分别统计两组滴落20ml液体所需的时间。研究动态灌注时,使用蠕动泵超声乳化仪,将灌注吸引(irrigation and aspiration,IA)头和压力计检测针头均插入测试帽中,分别记录两组压力计读数随负压吸引的变化,并绘制负压变化曲线,分下降和上升两部分进行直线斜率差异显著性检验,再用Bonferroni法对各组拐点的值进行单因素方差分析,比较各组测试帽内压力的变化情况。结果 研究静态灌注时,实验组灌注液滴落的速度快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.60,P<0.01)。研究动态灌注时,对照组和实验组下降和上升两部分的斜率分别为0.93和0.55,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用Bonferroni法对各组拐点的值进行单因素方差分析,得到对照组和实验组的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0....

Study on the effect of a new type of perfusion bottle on improving the stability of perfusion pressure in ophthalmic surgery
Abstract:Objective To solve the problem of insufficient or delayed perfusion in ophthalmic surgery. Methods developed a perfusion bottle with its own ventilation valve suitable for ophthalmic surgery. And a series of simulation experiments on the actual effect of the perfusion bottle were carried out divided into static and dynamic. Experiments were divided into the control group used a traditional perfusion bottle, and the experimental group used a utility model patent perfusion bottle with its own ventilation valve. In static perfusion experiment, the infusion bottle was set at a fixed height, and the time required for dripping 20ml liquid was calculated in control group and experimental group. In dynamic perfusion experiment. The irrigation and aspiration (IA) tip of a phacoemulsification instrument with peristaltic pump was inserted into the silicone test cap, and the manometer testing needle was also inserted into the cap. The pressure change curve was plotted, and divided into two parts of decline and rise to test the significance of the linear slope difference in control group and experimental group. The Bonferroni method was used to analyze the one-way variance of the inflection point of each group, and the changes of pressure in the test cap of each group were compared. Results In static perfusion experiment, the dripping speed of experimental group was faster than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.60, P<0.01). In dynamic perfusion experiment, the slope between control group and experimental group of decline and rise parts were 0.93 and 0.55, all greater than 0.05, and the difference was not statistically significant. The Bonferroni method was used to analyze the one-way variance of the inflection point of each group, and the results showed that the difference between control group and experimental group was less than 0.01, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion When the perfusion bottle with its own ventilation valve developed by us is used in ophthalmic surgery, the perfusion stability can be effectively improved.
