超声定位联合负压治疗9例慢性窦道伤口患者的效果观察

摘    要:目的 总结负压伤口治疗+超声定位+改良冲洗法在慢性窦道伤口中的应用及治疗效果。方法 分析2020年10月—2021年4月在伤口造口护理门诊就诊的9例慢性窦道伤口患者资料,观察患者在负压伤口治疗的基础上,结合超声定位、改良伤口冲洗方法下的窦道愈合情况。结果 9例患者经过(9.25±1.05)d的负压伤口治疗和1~2次超声定位后窦道伤口愈合,愈合时间为(12.25±2.25)d。结论 负压伤口治疗联合超声定位有利于慢性窦道伤口引流彻底,改良冲洗方法有助于坏死组织的冲出,促进慢性窦道伤口愈合,该技术操作方便、安全性强,可在临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of negative pressure wound therapy combined ultrasound positioning and improved flushing on sinus wounds. Methods In this retrospective study, the data of 9 patients with sinus wounds visiting wound and ostomy clinics from October 2020 to April 2021 were analyzed. Negative pressure wound therapy combined with ultrasound positioning was performed and the treatment effect was observed. Results After an average negative pressure wound treatment of 9.25±1.05 d and 1 to 2 ultrasound-positioned sinus wounds, all the wounds were healed, with an average healing time of 12.25±2.25 d. Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy combined ultrasound positioning is beneficial to the thorough drainage of sinus wound and the removal of necrotic tissue and it promotes the healing of sinus wound, which is worth to be promoted in clinical practice.
