白芍现代炮制研究进展

本文通过查阅文献，总结白芍炮制工艺方法和研究现状，综述不同炮制方法对白芍化学成分和药理作用的影响。研究证明，白芍经不同方法炮制后多种化学成分的含量均有变化，药理作用显著增强，充分体现了白芍炮制的必要性。但研究发现，各炮制品的炮制工艺和质量标准不尽统一，炮制原理尚不明确，不利于白芍炮制品的质量控制。因此，有必要在中医理论指导下，结合临床用药目的，选择合理的工艺参数，制定统一的炮制品质量标准，以探索实现白芍炮制工艺规范化，饮片质量可控化。

Research progress in modern processing of Paeoniae Radix Alba

By consulting the literature, this paper summarizes the processing methods and research status of Paeoniae Radix Alba, and summarizes the effects of different processing methods on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Radix Paeoniae Alba. The results show that a variety of chemical components of Paeoniae Radix Alba are changed and the pharmacological effects are generally enhanced after being processed by different methods, which fully explains the necessity of processing Paeoniae Radix Alba. However, the processing technology and quality standards are not unified, and the processing principle is not clear, which is not conducive to the quality control of different processed products of Paeoniae Radix Alba . Therefore, it is necessary to select reasonable process parameters and formulate unified quality standards for processed products under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory and combined with the purpose of clinical medication, so as to realize the standardization of processing technology and controllable quality of decoction pieces of Paeoniae Radix Alba.
