摘    要:目的 编制适用于临床教学领域的隐性知识共享量表并检验其信效度。方法 查阅相关文献以SECI模型为理论框架,辅以质性访谈汇总主题形成量表条目池,经过专家函询和预调查形成临床带教教师隐性知识共享的测试量表。于2021年11月—2022年2月采用便利抽样法,选取安徽省三级甲等综合性医院的325名临床带教教师进行问卷调查并检验量表的信效度。结果 结构效度检验中探索性因子分析共提取2个公因子,各因子载荷均>0.500,累计方差贡献率为61.428%;验证性因子分析中各模型拟合指标良好;内容效度检验中2次专家函询中的平均内容效度指数分别为0.930、0.986。信度检验中量表的 Cronbach α 系数为0.761,折半信度系数为 0.775,重测信度系数为0.996。结论 临床带教教师隐性知识共享量表信效度较好,分为2个维度和8个条目,可作为临床带教教师评估隐性知识共享水平的测评工具。

Abstract:Objective To construct a tacit knowledge sharing scale for clinical teaching and test its reliability and validity. Methods With the SECI model as the theoretical framework, combined with literature review and semi-structured interviews, the initial item pool was formed, and the test scale of tacit knowledge sharing of clinical teachers was formed after expert consultation and pre-investigation. Convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 325 clinical teachers in tertiary grade-A general hospitals in Anhui Province from November 2021 to February 2022, and the reliability and validity were tested. Results In validity test, exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors with factor load greater than 0.500, and cumulative variance contribution rate was 61.428%; in confirmatory factor analysis, the fitting indexes of each model were good. The average content validity index of the two-round expert consultation in the content validity test was 0.930 and 0.986, respectively. Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.761; split-half reliability coefficient 0.775, and the test-retest reliability coefficient 0.996. Conclusion The constructed clinical teachers' tacit knowledge sharing scale consists of two dimensions and eight items. The scale has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to evaluate tacit knowledge sharing in clinical teachers.
