胃肠道间质瘤不同危险度多层螺旋CT检查的特征及与危险度关系研究

目的探究分析胃肠道间质瘤在多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检测的表现特征及与肿瘤危险度的关系。方法回顾性分析我院2015年5月至2018年5月期间收治的26例经手术病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤患者病例资料,单因素分析胃肠道间质瘤在MSCT检测下的表现特征与危险度关系。结果 26例病例中极低危险组肿瘤4例,低危险组7例,中度危险组8例,高危险组7例。MSCT图像下肿瘤体积、强化方式、周围侵犯下的危险度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肿瘤形态、扫描密度及强化程度的危险度对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论通过MSCT扫描表现下的肿瘤体积、强化方式及周围侵犯能初步判断肿瘤的危险度,对后续诊断与治疗有着重要的参考意义。

Study on the characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT with different risk of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and its relationship with risk

Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) detected by multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and its relationship with tumor risk. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors from May 2015 to May 2018 confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between the clinical features and risk of gastrointestinal stromal tumors under multi-slice spiral CT was analyzed by univariate analysis. Results There were 4 cases in the very low risk group, 7 cases in the low risk group, 8 cases in the moderate risk group and 7 cases in the high risk group among the 26 cases. There were significant differences in tumor volume, enhancement mode and peripheral invasion under MSCT images(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in tumor morphology, scanning density and enhancement risk(P>0.05). Conclusion The tumor volume, enhancement mode and surrounding invasion in MSCT scan can be used to determine the risk of the tumor. It is of great significance for the subsequent diagnosis and treatment of the gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) conclusion.
