神经重症专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

目的 构建神经重症专科护士核心能力评价指标体系，为神经重症专科护士培养及评价提供参考依据。方法 查阅国内外文献及参考相关指南，根据护士核心能力的相关要求，形成初步体系。运用德尔菲法及层次分析法，确定神经重症专科护士核心能力评价指标。结果 该研究共纳入20名咨询专家，2轮咨询中专家权威系数分别为0.934、0.940；各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.111～0.143和0.144～0.367(P<0.05)，最终构建的神经重症专科护士核心能力评价指标包含6项一级指标、13项二级指标、62项三级指标的神经重症专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。结论 神经重症专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有较好的科学性及可靠性，体现了神经重症护士工作所需的核心能力，为提升神经重症专科护士岗位胜任力，改善护理质量提供科学参考依据。

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Core Competence of Neurocritical Care Nurses

Objective To construct an evaluation index system of core competence of neurocritical nurse specialists, so as to provide reference for the training and evaluation of neurocritical nurse specialists. Methods Domestic and foreign literature and relevant guidelines were reviewed, and a preliminary index system according to relevant requirements of nurses' core competence was developed. Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the evaluation indexes of core competence of neurocritical nurse specialists. Results Twenty experts were included in the study. The expert authority coefficient in two rounds of consultation was 0.934 and 0.940 respectively; The Kendall concordance coefficients of all levels of indicators ranged from 0.111 to 0.143 and from 0.144 to 0.367 respectively (P<0.05). The final evaluation index of core competence of neurocritical nurse specialists consisted of 6 first-level, 13 second-level and 62 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of core competence of neurocritical nurse specialists is scientific and reliable. The system reflects required core competence of neurocritical nurse specialists, and provides reference for improving post competence of neurocritical nurse specialists and the quality of nursing.
