消毒供应中心腔镜器械信息化可拆卸图谱库的制作与应用

摘    要:目的 探讨腔镜器械信息化可拆卸图谱库在消毒供应中心管理中的运用。方法 将2021年1—6月的8 046件腔镜可拆卸器械设定为对照组,实施纸质未拆卸图谱册管理。2021年7—12月的8 461件腔镜可拆卸器械设定为观察组,实施信息化可拆卸器械图谱库管理:成立腔镜器械图谱制作组,确定腔镜可拆卸器械清单,进行图谱拍摄、制作与审核,将可拆卸腔镜器械图谱库纳入信息系统进行临床应用。结果 观察组腔镜器械清洗不合格率大大降低、配置准确率、器械处理效率得到了显著提高(P<0.01)。结论 消毒供应中心腔镜器械信息化可拆卸图谱库的应用在改善清洗质量、提高工作效率、配置准确性方面均有较好的临床实用价值。

Effect of Information-based Detachable Atlas Library of Endoscopic Instruments in CSSD

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of information-based detachable atlas library of endoscopic instruments in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). Methods A total of 8,046 pieces of detachable endoscopic instruments from January to June 2021 were concluded as control group, and the management of the paper undisassembled atlas was implemented. From July to December 2021, 8,461 pieces of detachable endoscopic instruments were set as experimental group, and the information-based detachable instrument atlas management was implemented. An endoscopic instrument atlas team was established to identify the list of detachable endoscopic instruments, shoot pictures and the information-based detachable instrument atlas was concluded into information system for clinical practice. Results In the experimental group, the unqualified rate of endoscopic instrument cleaning, the accuracy of configuration and the efficiency of instrument processing were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The application of the information-based detachable atlas library of endoscopic instruments in the CSSD has good practical value in improving work efficiency, cleaning quality, configuration accuracy.
