粤港澳大湾区助产本科师资核心胜任力评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:目的 构建粤港澳大湾区助产本科师资核心胜任力评价指标体系,为培养本科助产教师提供参考。方法 通过德尔菲法确立粤港澳大湾区助产本科师资核心胜任力评价指标体系,经层次分析法设置核心胜任力评价指标体系权重。结果 德尔菲法专家权威系数0.85~1.0,2轮德尔菲总协调系数分别为0.394,0.410,P<0.05,2轮专家协调性较好,层次分析法中一致性检验CI<0.1,所得权重具有一致性。最终构建由3个一级指标、9个二级指标、30个三级指标构成的粤港澳大湾区助产本科师资核心胜任力指标体系。结论 通过德尔菲法和层次分析法,最终确立的粤港澳大湾区助产本科师资核心胜任力指标体系具有较好的科学性、可靠性和实用性,对粤港澳地区培养助产本科教师具有参考性。

Abstract:Objective To construct an evaluation index system of core competency for teachers of midwifery undergraduates in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area, and to provide reference for the training of teachers of midwifery undergraduates. Methods The core competency evaluation index system for teachers of midwifery undergraduates in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area was established by Delphi method, and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results The expert authority coefficient ranged from 0.85 to 1.0, and the total coordination coefficient of two-round consultation was 0.394 and 0.410, respectively (P<0.05), showing good expert coordination. The consistency test CI of AHP was <0.1, indicating consistent weight. The final core competency index system for teachers of midwifery undergraduates in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area consisted of 3 first-level, 9 second-level and 30 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of core competence for teachers of midwifery undergraduates established through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process in the study is reliable and practical and it provides reference for the training of teachers of midwifery undergraduate in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
