摘    要:目的:分析焦点管理循环法(find organize clarify understand select plan do check act, FOCUS-PDCA)对急诊低年资护士基本操作技能通过率的影响。方法:随机选择26名急诊低年资护士为研究对象,借助模拟设备对研究对象进行培训和考核,对FOCUS-PDCA实施前后的基本操作技能通过情况进行比较。结果:FOCUS-PDCA实施后,急诊低年资护士除颤、心肺复苏、球囊、吸痰、心电监护、洗胃各项操作的通过率均明显高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:实施FOCUS-PDCA程序有助于提高急诊低年资护士的基本操作技能通过率,应适时开展,以推动护理质量持续改进。

Analysis on the improving the passing rate of basic operation skills of junior nurses in emergency department based on simulated FOCUS-PDCA method

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of find organize clarify understand select plan do check act(FOCUS-PDCA) on improving basic operation level of junior nurses in emergency department.MethodsWith the help of simulation equipment, 26 junior nurses in emergency department were trained and assessed, and the basic operation skills of nurses between before and after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA were compared.ResultsAfter the implementation of FOCAL-PDCA, the passing rates of defibrillation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, balloon, sputum aspiration, ECG monitoring and gastric lavage in junior nurses of emergency department were significantly higher than those before implementation(P < 0.01).ConclusionsThe implementation of FOCUS-PDCA is helpful to improve the passing rate of basic operation skills of junior nurses in emergency department, and which should be carried out timely to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
