护理本科生导师准入标准及岗位胜任力评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:目的 构建教学医院护理本科生导师准入标准和岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为教学医院护理本科生导师的遴选及考核提供科学依据。方法 以胜任力冰山理论为理论基础,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、课题组讨论拟订评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲专家函询对全国15个省市9所三级甲等医院和7所高校的20名专家进行2轮专家函询,采用层次分析法,确定各级指标权重系数。结果 本研究共进行2轮专家函询,问卷有效回收率分别为88%、95%,权威系数分别为0.910和0.918,变异系数为0~0.232,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.296和0.313。最终形成包含4项准入标准、4项一级指标、9项二级指标和44项三级指标的教学医院护理本科生导师准入及岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结论 教学医院护理本科生导师准入及岗位胜任力评价指标体系的构建,方法具有科学性、内容具有实用性和可靠性,对教学医院护理本科生导师的遴选及考核具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To construct an admission and competency evaluation indicator system for supervisors of nursing undergraduates in teaching hospitals, and to provide reference for the selection and assessment of the supervisors. Methods Based on the framework of the iceberg competency model, the draft of evaluation indicator system for supervisors of nursing undergraduates in teaching hospitals was constructed after literature review and semi-structured interviews, then 2 rounds of consultation were conducted in 20 experts from 9 tertiary grade-A hospitals and 7 universities in 15 provinces in China using Delphi method. Analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the index weight of the final evaluation indicator system. Results Effective response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 88% and 95%, authority coefficients 0.910 and 0.918, respectively. Coefficient of variation varied from 0 to 0.232, and Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.296 and 0.313, respectively. The final admission and competency evaluation indicator system for supervisors of nursing undergraduates in teaching hospitals consisted of 4 admission indicators, 4 first-level, 9 second-level, and 44 third-level indicators. Conclusion The admission and competency evaluation indicator system for supervisors of nursing undergraduates in teaching hospitals is scientific and reliable, which provide reference for the selection, evaluation, and management of supervisors of nursing undergraduates in teaching hospitals.
