| 摘 要： | 人体微生物群由人体内部和表面的微生物组成。宿主和微生物之间的相互作用影响了多个生理过程和致病因素。由于肠道菌群的丰富度和多样性，既往多数研究聚焦于肠道菌群并发现其对恶性肿瘤的发生发展和治疗反应具有重要作用，但对其他身体部位的微生物群在肿瘤中的作用了解较少。近十年来，由于16S rRNA基因测序技术的发展应用，越来越多的学者发现在许多类型的肿瘤中，瘤内菌具有肿瘤特异性，局部微生物群成为肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分。相关研究表明肿瘤相关的微生物群可能直接调控肿瘤的发生、进展及影响治疗效果。本文就肿瘤组织中微生物群及其对疾病发生发展和诊断治疗的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | The human microbiome is composed of microbes inside and on the surface of the body.The interaction between host and microorganisms affects many physiological processes and pathogenic factors.Most previous studies focused on the intestinal microbiome because of its richness and diversity.They found that it plays a vital role in the occurrence,development and treatment of malignant tumors,but little was known about the role of the microbiome in other parts of the body in tumors.Due to the development and application of 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology in the past decade,more and more scholars have found that intratumor bacteria are tumor type-specific in many types of tumors,and the local microbiome is also integral component of the tumor microenvironment.Furthermore,studies have shown that tumor-related microbiome may directly regulate the occurrence and progression of tumors and affect treatment efficacy.This article reviews the microbiome in tumor tissue and its effects on disease occurrence,development,diagnosis and treatment. |
