| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨辅助性T细胞(T h细胞)因子白细胞介素(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)、鼻息肉(NP)以及正常下鼻甲黏膜组织中表达的异同及其可能的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(EL ISA法)检测IL-4和IFN-γ在CRS组(20例)、鼻息肉组(20例)和正常下鼻甲黏膜中(对照组15例)的表达,比较它们在不同组织中表达的差异。结果:IL-4只在NP组表达高于对照组(P<0.001);IFN-γ在NP组及CRS组表达均高于对照组(P<0.05),且以CRS组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:CRS,NP组织中显示出不同的IL-4,IFN-γ表达优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression difference of Th cytokine including interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS),nasal polyps(NP) and normal mucosa tissues,study their roles.Method:Tissues samples were obtained from 20 patients with CRS,20 patients with NP and 15 patients with normal mucosa tissues.The expression of IL-4,IFN-γ was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in all the tissues samples.Results:IL-4 was significant increased only in NP tissues(P<0.05);compared with controls IFN-γ were increased both in CRS and NP tissues(P<0.05),and more significant in the former.Conclusion:There are different expression of IL-4,IFN-γ in CRS and NP. |
