超声引导下药物注射封闭治疗腱鞘炎的临床探讨

目的:探讨超声引导下腱鞘内醋酸曲安奈德注射治疗急慢性腱鞘炎的临床应用和效果。方法:将12例(18根肌腱腱鞘)不同部位的腱鞘炎分为急性(7例)和慢性(5例)、单发(9例)和多发(3例)。均采用醋酸曲安奈德注射液,配合2%利多卡因在超声实时引导下,行鞘管内注射。结果:平均随访1个月,1次治愈率95%,有效率100%,无效率0%。2次治愈率100%。结论:超声引导下腱鞘内注射药物准确率和有效率远远高于传统封闭治疗,疗效肯定,作用持久,是一种安全有效的方法。

The clinical discussion of drug injection and blocking therapeutic on tendovaginitis under ultrasonic guidance

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of injection of triamcinolone acetoide acetate for the treatment of tendovaginitis by ultrasound guidance.Methods:Twelve cases(18 toes tendinous sheath) of different positions included single 9 cases and multiple 3 cases,acute 7 cases and chronic 5 cases.All cases were injected triamcinolone acetoide acetate and lidocaine in tendinous sheath by ultrasound guidance.Results:All patients were followed up over the period of one months,the once cure rate was 95%,cure rate was 100%,invalid rate was 0%.Concluision:Percutaneous injection of medicine is an effective and safe method on tendovaginitis by ultrasound guide,which is much better than conventional sealed treatment.
