| 摘 要： | 目的]观察耳穴埋籽、穴位按压对妇科腹部术后病人肛门排气、排便时间的影响.方法]将180例妇科手术病人随机分为3组:耳穴埋籽组59例、穴位按压组60例、常规护理组61例.观察病人妇科腹部术后肛门排气、排便时间及恶心呕吐、腹胀等情况.结果]3组病人术后肛门排气、排便时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);3组病人返回病房6h～12h,腹胀程度组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论]耳穴埋籽、穴位按压能使妇科术后病人早日排气、排便,有利于促进病人肠功能恢复.
