| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大剂量静脉用丙种球蛋白治疗成人重型免疫性血小板减少症的疗效。方法:对重型成人免疫性血小板减少症患者47例随机分为两组:静脉用丙种球蛋白治疗组(静丙组)25例,使用大剂量静脉用丙种球蛋白(0.4g.kg-1.d-1,连续静脉滴注5 d)及泼尼松(1 m g.kg-1.d-1);常规治疗组(常规组)使用地塞米松(40 m g/d),连续观察治疗效果。结果:总有效率静丙组为88.0%,常规组为72.7%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:大剂量静脉用丙种球蛋白治疗成人重型免疫性血小板减少症疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of adult severe immune thrombocytopenia with intravenous high-dose gamma globulin.Methods:Fouty-seven adult patients hospitalized with severe immune thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups.High-dose immunoglobulin group(25 patients) were treated with high-dose immunoglobulin(0.4 g·kg-1·d-1 for 5 days) and prednison(1 mg·kg-1·d-1).Normal group(22 patients) were treated with high-dose dexamethasone(40 mg·d-1 for 4 days).The curative effectwere observed.Results:Therewas remarkably significant difference(P<0.05) in the effective rate(88% vs 72.7%) between the two groups.Conclusion:High-dose immunoglobulin is more effective and superior in severe immune thrombocytopenia. |
