摘    要:目的 观察不同主食地区人群骨关节炎患病严重程度与粮食中真菌毒素含量之问的关系。方法 在不同主食地区拍40岁以上的常住人口右手X线片,根据关节间隙狭窄、关节软骨下硬化、囊样变及骨外侧变形等进行严重程度诊断。采集当地主食粮食样品,用气相色谱法检测粮食中的DON含量。结果 面粉中DON的平均含量为0.302μg/kg,大米中的平均含量为0.078μg/kg,两者差异显著(P〈0.001),且与骨关节炎的严重程度呈明显正相关关系。结论 粮食中真菌毒索可能是人类骨关节炎的重要致病因素。

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation of osteoarthritis(OA) severe degree and DON levels in the staple food in different areas.Methods Local people aged over 40 years old were taken radiograph of right hand.According to the severe degree of joints changes(joint space narrowing,sub-chondral sclerosis,cyst and osteophyte) showed on the radiograph,OA were diagnosed.DON levels in the samples were detected by gas chromatography.Results DON levels in the wheat flour was much higher than those in the rice(P<0.001),and DON level was positive correlated with osteoarthritis severe degree.Conclusions Mycotoxin in the foodstuff may probably be an important risk factor for human osteoarthritis.
