| 摘 要： | 我科自2000年1月至2007年4月采用患侧甲板、甲基质部分切除联合甲沟重建治疗82例躅趾重度嵌甲症，取得满意疗效。
1临床资料
本组82例，男53例，女29例；年龄16-52岁，平均为26-2岁。部位：右足蹲趾36例，左足躅趾42例，双足躅趾4例。外侧甲沟炎54例，内侧甲沟炎42例，其中包括单足双侧甲沟炎8例，双足双侧甲沟炎2例。
