大孔树脂对青蒿素吸附性能的研究

摘    要:目的研究ADS-17大孔树脂对青蒿素的吸附性能。方法考察溶液的pH值、温度等因素对吸附的影响。结果 ADS-17树脂对青蒿素的吸附属于放热的物理吸附,降低温度有利于吸附;pH值在6.2~6.5范围内,树脂对青蒿素具有良好的吸附性能。结论 ADS-17大孔树脂可用于吸附青蒿素。

Abstract:Objective To research adsorptive properties of ADS-17 macroporous resin to Artemisinin. Methods The effects of factors such as pH value and temperature conditions of solutions on the adsorption capacity were investigated. Results The adsorption of ADS-17 macroporous resin to Artemisinin is exothermic physical adsorption.Lower temperature is helpful to adsorption,and the adsorption properties of resin to Artemisinin is excellent when the pH value is at 6.2~6.5,ADS-17macroporous resin is a good adsorbent to Artemisinin.Conclusion ADS-17 macroporous resin can be used in adsorption to Artemisinin.
