| 摘 要： | 目的：评价托烷司琼（欧必亭）用于儿童恶性肿瘤病人化疗时控制恶心呕吐的疗效和毒性。方法：托烷司琼每日5mg/m2（最大量5mg/d)，30例病人既往化疗时出现呕吐，本次共使用欧必亭46疗次，结果：控制恶心的有效率为76．1％－95．6％，控制呕吐的有效率为76．1％－97．8％，无严重副作用出现，结论：欧必亮用于儿童恶性肿瘤病人有效而且安全。

| Abstract: | [Purpose]To evaluate the anti_emetic effect and toxicity of tropisetron in children with malignant tumor who received chemotherapy.[Methods]Tropisetron was given to 30 children with malignant tumor.Generally,tropisetron (5mg/m2· d,maximum 5mg/d) was administered intravenously in chemotherapy.[Results]The response rate in controlling nausea was 76.1％ ～ 95.6％ ,while in controlling vomiting was 76.1％ ～ 97.8％ .No serious adverse effect was observed.[Conclusion]Tropisetron is effect and safe in children with malignant tumor. |
