美尼尔氏病的脑干电位及蜗电国研究

摘    要:本文研究了美尼尔氏病患者脑干电位及蜗电图。与听力正常青年人比较,该病患者36人56耳中Ⅰ波潜伏期延长者占75%,明显多于其他感觉神经性聋。Ⅴ波延长者40%,其中多数伴有Ⅰ波亦延长,但Ⅰ—Ⅴ波间期均不延长,ILD亦不延长,后两项指标应为与脑干占位疾病鉴别的主要依据。

Abstract:The auditory brain stem response(ABR) and electrocochleogram (ECochG) of Menier's syndrome patients were studied. The prolongation of wave Ⅰ latency was observed in 75% of 56 ears (36 patients) of Meniere's syndrome patients. This was found to be more frequent than that in the other kinds of sensorineural deaf patients. The Ⅰ-Ⅴ interval and interaural latency difference (ILD) of Meniere's syndrome patients were within normal limits. Therefore, the abnormality of hearing is mainly in the cochlea and these values are important in the diagnosis of acoustic tumor. The prolongation of wave I(ABR)was accompanied by increase of SP/AP(ECochG) in most cases. It should be emphasized that ABR and ECochG should be recorded simultaneously.
