| 摘 要： | 高校教师的心理健康已经成为社会问题。高校教师的心理问题,不仅影响其自身的工作效率,更重要的是会间接影响学生的心理健康。分别从工作压力、人际关系、个性特征、自我角色等方面探析了高校教师心理健康问题的成因,从而提出了高校教师进行心理调适的伦理学策略。

| Abstract: | The mental health problems among university teachers have been a social issue,since they not only hinder the working efficiency of university teachers,but also indirectly affect students＇ mental health.This paper explores the causes of the mental problems of university teachers from the angles of working stress,interpersonal relationship,personality traits and one＇s role orientation,and comes up with ethical countermeasures for mental adjustment of university teachers. |
