| 摘 要： | 抗心磷脂抗体（anticardiolipin antibody,ACA）是一组能多克隆免疫球蛋白,能与磷脂进行特异性结合,是一种自身抗体,它与许多免疫介导的血栓性疾病密切相关,随着研究的深入,越来越多的资料显示ACA与脑梗死关系密切。现将近年来ACA与脑梗死的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | The anticardiolipin antibody(ACA) is a group of polyclonal immunoglobulins and can bind with phospholipids specifically.It is an autoantibody,which is closely related to many immune-mediated thrombotic diseases.With the deepening of research,more and more data show that ACA is closely related to cerebral infarction.This paper reviews the relationship between ACA and cerebral infarction in recent years. |
