| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠在治疗甲亢合并骨质疏松症中的临床应用。方法选取2010年3月～2011年3月我院收治的甲亢合并骨质疏松症患者共100例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组采用抗甲状腺药治疗,实验组在基础上加用阿仑膦酸钠。结果实验组临床疗效的总有效率明显高于对照组（72.00%vs 40.00%,P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者游离型三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离型四碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT4）水平均明显低于治疗前（P〈0.05）,促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者的骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、尿钙/肌酐差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗甲亢合并骨质疏松症,可有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,降低甲状腺功能,提高骨密度及调节骨代谢水平,且不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the clinical application of Alendronate on hyperthyreosis and osteoporosis.Methods 100 patients of hyperthyreosis and osteoporosis from March 2010 to March 2011 were divided into experiment group and control group.Antithyroid agent was used in control group while Alendronate was used in experiment group.Results The total effective rate of experiment group was higher than control group(72.00% vs 40.00%,P < 0.05).The level of FT3 and FT4 of the two groups after therapy were lower than before treatment,while TSH was higher than before treatment(P < 0.05).The BMD,ALP and U-Ca/Cr of the two groups after therapy had significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Alendronate in hyperthyreosis and osteoporosis can improve symptom and sign,reduce thyroid function,increase BMD and regulate bone metabolism,which has low untoward effect. |
