PDCA程序在脑卒中失语患者康复护理中的应用

目的探讨采用PDCA程序护理对脑卒中失语患者康复的影响。方法选择我院76例脑卒中失语患者,随机将其分为对照组(38例)及研究组(38例),对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用PDCA程序模式进行康复护理,比较两组患者护理前后语言功能、神经缺损程度及生活质量变化。结果康复护理6周后,研究组患者失语严重程度分级研究组低于对照组(χ2=4.29,P=0.012)。语言商(AQ)评分、脑卒中生活质量(S-QOL)评分较护理前提高(P<0.05),神经功能缺损(NHISS)评分较护理前降低(P<0.05)。研究组患者AQ评分(t=8.46,P=0.005)、S-QOL评分(t=6.57,P=0.008)均高于对照组,NHISS评分低于对照组(t=11.67,P=0.002)。结论采用PDCA程序模式康复护理能够改善脑卒中失语患者语言功能,提高生活质量。

Application of PDCA program on rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with aphasia

Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA) program for rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with aphasia.Methods 76 cases of stroke patients with aphasia were selected and randomized into research group(38 cases) and control group(38 cases).Usual care was taken in control group,rehabilitation nursing with PDCA program was taken in research group,and linguistic function,neurologic defect degree and quality of life were contrasted between two groups.Methods At 6 weeks after rehabilitation nursing,grade of aphasia degree was lower in research group than that of control group(χ2 = 4.29,P = 0.012),score of acousticquotient(AQ),stoke quality of life(S-QOL) were higher,and neurologic impairment stroke scale(NHISS) were lower after rehabilitation nursing which compared with before rehabilitation nursing.Score of AQ was higher in reseach group than that of control group(t = 8.46,P = 0.005),score of S-QOL was higher in reseach group than that of control group(t = 6.57,P = 0.008),NHISS was lower in reseach group than that of control group(t = 11.67,P = 0.002).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing with PDCA program could improve linguistic function of stroke patients with aphasia and quality of life.
