高危孕妇配偶心理健康状况调查及防治对策

目的 调查分析高危孕妇配偶的心理健康状况,为心理辅导的实施提供依据,以利于高危孕妇获得最佳的家庭支持.方法 对202名高危孕妇配偶应用SCL-90症状自评量表测评心理健康状况并与国内常模进行比较.结果 高危孕妇配偶的心理健康水平较低,其躯体化症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑因子分高于国内常模,差异有高度统计学意义（P 〈 0.01）.结论 高危妊娠影响配偶的心理健康,提示医务人员在关注孕产妇的同时,也要关注其配偶的心理健康,从而保障高危孕妇平安渡过孕产期.

Investigation of mental health status of high-risk pregnant women spouses and exploration of possible countermeasures

Objective To investigate the mental health status of high-risk pregnant women spouses,thus provide evidence for the implementation of psychological guidance,in order to achieve optimal family support for high-risk pregnant women.Methods SCL-90 self assessment scales were adopted to evaluate the mental health status of the 202 cases of high-risk pregnant women spouses and the results were compared with domestic norm.Results The mental health level of spouses of high-risk pregnant women was low,and their scores of somatization symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety were significantly higher than those of domestic norms(P < 0.01).Conclusion High-risk pregnancies can affect the spouses’ mental health,the medical staff should pay attention to the mental health of high-risk pregnant women spouses,in order to ensure the safety of high-risk pregnant women during pregnancy.
