宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠效果及影响因素研究

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2007年1月~2011年3月我院进行宫腹腔镜联合治疗56剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床资料。结果 56例患者中,手术成功50例,成功率为89.3%。多因素分析结果显示:血β-HCG水平(OR=1.352,P=0)、包块最大直径(OR=1.572,P=0)是手术成功的影响因素。结论宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠疗效安全可靠;血β-HCG水平、包块最大直径是影响手术效果的重要因素。

Treatment effects of cesarean scar pregnancy by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy and study on influence factors

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of cesarean scar pregnancy by laparoscopy combind with hysteroscopy and study the influence factors.Methods The clinical date of 56 cesarean scar pregnancy by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy treatment from January 2007 to March 2011 in our hospital was retrospectived analysised.Results In the 56 patients,operation results of 50 cases was successful,the success rate was 89.3%.Multiple factors analysis showed that blood β-HCG levels(OR = 1.352,P = 0.000),mass maximum diameter(OR = 1.572,P = 0.000) were the operation factors affectd operation success.Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy treatment the cesarean scar pregnancy is safe and reliable;blood β-HCG levels,mass maximum diameter are important factors of operation.
