| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理对慢性重型肝炎患者的效果。方法将43例慢性重型肝炎患者随机分为常规护理组（21例）和循证护理组（22例），分别给予常规护理和依据循证护理的方法对慢性重型肝炎患者进行评估、求证，制订护理干预措施。分析比较两组护理前后焦虑评分及出院前的肝功指标。结果循证护理组干预后的评分明显低于传统护理组（P〈0．05）；而通过肝功指标的判断，循证护理组患者肝功恢复更佳。结论循证护理有效改善慢性重型肝炎患者的心理状态，并有利于患者的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the evidence-based care for patients with chronic severe hepatitis.Methods 43 cases of chronic severe hepatitis patients were randomly divided into the usual care group(21 cases) and the evidence-based care group(22 cases),treated with regular care and care based on evidence-based approach respectively.The anxiety scores and indicators of liver function before discharge were compared.Results Scores of evidence-based care group were significantly lower than that of the traditional care group(P < 0.05);and indicators suggested liver function recovery in patients with evidence-based care group be more better.Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with chronic severe hepatitis can improve the psychological state,and the rehabilitation of patients. |
