| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）在丙型肝炎患者中活动性感染及肝功损状害状况.方法 选取98例丙型肝炎患者为病例组,100例健康体检者为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测抗HCMV-IgM,用赖氏法检测丙氨酸转移酶（ALT）和天冬氨酸转移酶（AST）.结果 病例组98例中5例抗HCMV-IgM呈阳性,对照组100例中3例抗HCMV-IgM呈阳性,病例组抗HCMV-IgM阳性率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P 〉 0.05）,抗HCMV-IgM阳性的丙型肝炎病例组ALT、AST值显著高于抗HCMV-IgM阴性的病例组和对照组（P 〈 0.01）.结论 丙型肝炎患者伴有HCMV活动性感染时,加重肝脏的损伤程度. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the active infections of HCMV and the hepatic impairment who had infected HCV.Methods 98 patients with hepatitis C and 100 health people were detected for anti-HCMV-IgM by ELISA and ALT,AST by Reitman-Frankel.Results Of 98 patients with hepatitis C,5 cases were positive for anti-HCMV-IgM,of 100 health people,3 cases were positive for anti-HCMV-IgM.There was no difference between hepatitis C group and the health people group(P > 0.05).The results of ALT,AST in the patients with hepatitis C positive for anti-HCMV-IgM significantly were higher than that in the patients with hepatitis C negtive for anti-HCMV-IgM and the health people(P < 0.01).Conclusion When the hepatitis C patients infected with HCMV actively,hepatic cell is further injured. |
