心理干预对抑郁症患者康复期治疗效果的影响

目的探讨心理干预对抑郁症患者康复期治疗效果的影响。方法将72例抑郁症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例,对照组进行常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上进行心理干预治疗,疗程为8周。对两组患者采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）进行评定。结果观察组有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为61.11%,两组比较有显著性差异（χ2=8.17,P〈0.01）,HAMD、HAMA量表显示观察组与对照组在干预后的2、4、6、8周末比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。8周末时NOSIE评分观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预对抑郁症患者康复期有较好的治疗效果,有利于精神和社会功能的恢复,对预防抑郁症复发有一定的临床意义。

The rehabilitation efficacy of psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with depression

Objective To study the rehabilitation efficacy of psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with depression.Methods 72 patients with depression were divided into the observation group(36 cases) and the control group(36 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group was given psychological intervention on the treatment of the control group.The patients were treated for 8 weeks.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE) were used to evaluated for the patients.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was higher than that of the control group(61.11%),there was a significant difference(χ2=8.17,P < 0.01).HAMD and HAMA results showed that there were significant differences between the two group after the treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks(P <0.01).NOSIE showed that the rehabilitation of social function in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after the treatment of 8 weeks(P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of the psychological intervention is good for the patients with depression,and is propitious for mental and social functional recovery.It has clinical significance for the prevention of recurrence of depression
