控制血糖护理在老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用及效果分析

目的分析控制血糖护理在老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用及效果。方法将我院2010年2月～2011年8月收治的100例胃癌合并糖尿病的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用控制血糖的护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组围术期血糖控制水平显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组手术耐受性、切口愈合时间、术后并发症及住院时间显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论控制血糖护理可以很好地控制老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高患者的手术耐受性,减少并发症的发生。

The application and effect analysis of glycaemic control in elderly patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus peri-operation period

Objective To investigate the application and the effect of glycaemic control in elderly patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus peri-operation period.Methods 100 cases of gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus elderly patients in our hospital from 2010 February to 2011 August were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 50 cases,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given glycaemic control on the based of the control group,the nursing effect in two groups were compared.Results The glucose control levels in the observation peri-operation were significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05);operation tolerance,wound healing time,postoperative complications and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Glycemic control nursing can control blood glucose well in elderly patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes,improve patients’tolerance of the operation and reduce the incidence of complications.
