独活寄生汤对膝骨性关节炎患者关节滑液细胞因子的影响

目的 探讨使用独活寄生汤治疗后膝骨性关节炎患者关节滑液白介素1（IL-1）和肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）的变化情况.方法 对照组选择21例患者使用布洛芬缓释胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,观察组选择21例患者在对照组的基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗的患者比较,观察两组治疗后各时间段患者膝关节腔内IL-1水平与TNF-α水平的变化情况.结果 观察组治疗后1、3、5周IL-1和TNF-a水平均较对照组低（P 〈 0.05）,观察组治疗后各时间段IL-1、TBF-α水平比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.结论 独活寄生汤能有效抑制膝骨性关节炎患者关节滑液内的炎症因子释放,达到减轻患者炎症反应,改善临床症状的目的.

Influence of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on joint synovial fluid cytokine of patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the changes of joint synovial fluid IL-1 and TNF-α of patients with knee osteoarthritis after the treatment of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Methods 21 patients of the control group received the treatment of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsule combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule.21 patients of the observation group received the additional treatment of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of IL-1 level and TNF-α level of the knee intraarticular cavity in the different treatment periods of two groups were compared.Results After 1,3 and 5 weeks of treatment,the IL-1 level and the TNF-α level of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The differences of IL-1 and TNF-α levels between each time period after the treatment were statistically significant in the observation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can effectively inhibit the release of inflammatory factors in the joint synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and reach the goals of reducing the inflammatory response in patients and improving clinical symptoms.
