镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗肋骨骨折30例的疗效观察

目的探讨镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将58例多发性肋骨骨折患者分为观察组和对照组,其中,观察组30例采用镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器内固定治疗,对照组28例采用保守治疗,比较观察两组术后临床疗效。结果观察组平均住院天数明显低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（t=11.75,P〈0.01）;观察组优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.87,P〈0.05）;观察组组术后并发症发生率为16.67%,明显低于对照组的42.86%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.79,P〈0.05）。结论镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折手术操作简单,术后住院时间短,术后优良率高,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of nickle titanium memory alloy embracing fixator internal fixation in the treatment of 30 patients with multiple rib fracture

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nickle titanium memory alloy embracing fixator internal fixation in the treatment of patients with multiple rib fracture.Methods 58 multiple fractured ribs patients in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group.30 patients of the observation group were treated with nickle titanium memory alloy embracing fixator internal fixation,28 patients of the control group were treated with conservative treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t = 11.75,P < 0.01).The excellent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.87,P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 16.67%,which was significantly lower than the control group(42.86%,χ2=4.79,P < 0.05).Conclusion The surgery operation of nickle titanium memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of multiple rip fracture is simple,which has shorter hospital stay and higher excellent rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
