预见性护理对高龄股骨颈骨折患者康复的积极作用

目的探讨预见性护理对高龄股骨颈骨折患者康复的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月～2010年6月收治的高龄股骨颈骨折患者186例,随机将其分为两组,采用常规护理干预配合治疗的患者93例为对照组,采用预见性护理干预配合治疗的患者93例为观察组。比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果观察组入院接诊的平均时间、手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组压疮、感染、便秘、明显疼痛、坠床、跌倒发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者满意度和Harris评分优良率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对高龄股骨颈骨折患者实行有效的预见性护理不仅可以减少治疗疗程,减少各种并发症的发生,还可以大幅提高患者的生活质量,是一种安全有效的护理方法,值得临床推广使用。

Predictive nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture rehabilitation of the positive role

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of predictive nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture rehabilitation.Methods 186 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected in the hospital from January 2008 to June 2010,who were randomly divided into two groups.93 patients used conventional nursing intervention with the treatment were chosen as the control group.93 patients used the predictive nursing intervention with the treatment were chosen as the observation group.Various clinical indicators of two groups were comparied.Results Received average admission time,operation time,bleeding during operation,the average duration of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of pressure sores,infection,constipation,obvious pain,falling out of bed,falls in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Patient satisfaction and Harris score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Effective predictive nursing care for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can not only greatly reduce the course of treatment and complication,but also can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is a safe and effective nursing method,that is worthy of clinical use.
