吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗87例重度痔疮的疗效分析

目的评价吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度痔疮患者的临床疗效。方法 87例重度痔疮患者中应用PPH术治疗46例（PPH组）,应用传统术式治疗41例（对照组）。观察比较两组疼痛指数、术后并发症、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间情况。结果 PPH组术后24 h疼痛指数、术后并发症、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 PPH治疗重度痔疮安全可靠,操作简单,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic analysis of PPH in the treatment of 87 cases with severe hemorrhoids

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of PPH in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods Among 87 cases of patients with severe hemorrhoids,46 cases were treated with PPH(PPH group),41 cases were treated with the traditional surgery(control group).The pain index,postoperative complications,operating time,amount of peri-operative bleeding,hospital stays of the two groups were observed and comopared.Results The postoperative 24 h pain index,postoperative complications,operating time,amount of peri-operative bleeding,hospital stays of the PPH group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The PPH in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids is safe and reliable,the operation is simple and has few complication.It is worthy of clinical application.
