微创钻孔引流与开颅血肿清除治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效比较

目的 比较微创钻孔引流与开颅术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效.方法 选取我院经钻孔引流治疗的32例高血压脑出血患者为观察组,以同期经外科开颅治疗的32例高血压脑出血患者为对照组.回顾性分析两组临床资料.结果 两组术后死亡率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2 = 0,P ＞ 0.05）,术后6个月神经功能缺损改善情况观察组优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）;观察组残死率为25.0%,显著低于对照组（59.4%）,差异有高度统计学意义（χ2 = 7.75,P ＜ 0.01）.结论 微创钻孔引流治疗较开颅血肿清除预后更佳,更值得临床应用.

Comparison of the curative effects of minimally invasive trepanation and drainage and craniotomy for scavenging hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To compare the curative effects of minimally invasive trepanation and drainage and craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 32 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive trepanation in our hospital were chosen as observation group,and 32 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by craniotomy at the same stage were chosen as control group.The clinical data of the two groups was analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no statistically significant difference of postoperative mortality between the two groups(χ2 = 0,P > 0.05).The improvement of neurologic impairment at 6 months after operation in the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The unfavorable prognosis of the observation group was 25.0%,which was significantly lower than the control group(59.4%),with highly significant difference(χ2 = 7.75,P < 0.01).Conclusion The prognosis of minimally invasive trepanation and drainage is better than craniotomy for scavenging hematoma,which is worthy of clinical application.
