2009～2010年我院抗感染药物使用分析

目的了解我院抗感染药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法依托我院药品管理系统的原始数据,对我院2009-2010年抗感染药物的销售金额和用药频度（DDDs）等进行回顾性分析。结果 2009-2010年我院抗感染药物销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例呈下降趋势,在销售金额构成上,注射用药占90%以上,头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类位居前列,注射用头孢地嗪的销售金额和DDDs排序两年均居首位。结论我院抗感染药物使用基本合理,但仍存在少数品种过量使用,选择起点过高等问题,应进一步加强监管力度,促进抗感染药物的合理使用。

Application analysis of anti-infective drugs in our hospital from 2009 to 2010

Objective To investigate and analyze the application of anti-infective drugs in our hospital,in order to provide references for rational clinical medication.Methods Depending on the original data from the management system of the drug stock,the data of anti-infective drugs application in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and so on.Results The consumption sum of anti-infective drugs in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 showed a downward trend.In the constitution of sales amount,intravenous drugs occupied more than 90% among all the anti-infective drugs.Cephalosporins and quinolones ranked the top places in respect of the consumption sum.Cefodizime for injection ranked the first place in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs from 2009 to 2010.Conclusion The use of antiinfective drugs is basically rational in our hospital.However,there are also some inappropriate problems such as drug overdose,selection of senior antibiotics and so on.It’s necessary to strengthen supervision dynamicsc for promoting ration use of anti-infective drugs.
