2型糖尿病患者血清对氧磷酯酶1活性与肥胖的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨血清对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者肥胖的相关情况及其可能的作用机制。方法将T2DM患者83例根据有无肥胖分为T2DM肥胖组(50例)和T2DM非肥胖组(33例),另设对照组(36例)。比较各组的一般情况、血脂、糖代谢等生化指标和PON1的差异。结果 T2DM肥胖组的血清PON1活性明显低于T2DM非肥胖组,且两组PON1活性均低于对照组。相关分析显示,血清PON1与体重指数(MBI)、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著负相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著正相关。结论肥胖T2DM患者PON1活性降低,促进了动脉粥样硬化的发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of serum paraoxonase-1(PON1) in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating obesity.Methods 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups: T2DM with obesity(n = 50) and T2DM without obesity(n = 33),control group included 36 healthy subjects.General condition,lipid profiles,glycometabolism parameters,other serum biochemical parameters and PON1 were detected and compared.Results The PON1 activity in T2DM patients with obesity were significantly lower compared with patients without obesity,and the PON1 activity in patients with T2DM were lower than those in the control group respectively.By variable correlations showed a negative correlation between the serum PON1 activity and BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FPG,TG,TC and LDL-C.There was a positive correlation between the serum PON1 activity and HDL-C.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating obesity have decreased PON1 activity,which might contribute to accelerated atherosclerosis.
