HIV感染并发乳腺癌2例的病例报告分析

为探讨HIV感染对乳腺癌患者化疗疗效及预后的影响,本文选取了云南省肿瘤医院2006~2010年2例伴有HIV感染的乳腺癌住院病例,通过实体瘤化疗疗效评价法及肿瘤患者的生活质量评分（QOL）法,发现CD4＋T细胞计数与HIV感染并发乳腺癌患者的化疗疗效以及化疗耐受呈正相关。提示HIV病毒及化疗药物对正常免疫细胞的不可逆的杀伤作用,化疗前后CD4＋T细胞的计数水平是可提前评测化疗疗效的潜在指标。

Reports and analysis of breast cancer combined with HIV infection of two cases

In order to discuss the impact of HIV infection on chemotherapeutic response and prognosis in breast cancer patients,2 cases of breast cancer with HIV infection patients in tumor hospital of Yunnan province during 2006 to 2009 are selected in this paper.Though solid tumor chemotherapy effect assessment method and evaluation of quality of life in breast cancer patients find that CD4 positive T cell may be positively related with chemotherapeutic response and tolerance in breast cancer patients with HIV infection.It indicates that HIV viruses and chemotherapy medicine have irreversible cytotoxicity on normal immuno-cells,and CD4 positive T cell count before and after chemotherapy should be a potential prediction factor of chemotherapy response.
