腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术治疗效果探讨

目的分析探讨腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析在我院行腹腔镜辅助下远端胃癌根治术患者25例,将其作为观察组,选取同一时期25例开腹行远端胃癌根治术患者作为对照组,分析比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清除数、肛门排气时间、开始下床活动时间、进食时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生情况,评定两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、进食时间以及住院时间均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术治疗胃癌安全可行,其临床效果优于开腹治疗,值得在临床中推广应用。

Discussion of therapeutic effect of laparoscopy-assisted distal gastric resection

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic-assisted distal gastric resection.Methods 25 cases of patients who were treated with laparoscopic-assisted distal gastric resection in our hospital were selected as the observation group and analyzed retrospectively,25 cases of patients treated with tradition distal gastric resection at the same period were selected as the control group.The operation time,amount of peri-operative bleeding,clear number of lymph nodes,anal exhaust time,activity time,eating time,hospital stays and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were assessed.Results The amount of peri-operative bleeding,operation time,anal exhaust time,activity time,eating time,hospital stays of the observation group were all significant better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy-assisted distal gastric resection is feasible and safe in the treatment of gastric cancer,its clinical effect is better than open surgery.It is worthy of clinical application.
