方丝弓矫治器联合前牙转矩辅弓在正畸治疗中的应用

目的探讨方丝弓联合前牙转矩辅弓在治疗前牙错【牙合】过程中转矩的临床效果。方法选择我院2006年6月～2008年12月收治的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错【牙合】拔牙患者42例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各21例，对照组给予方丝弓正畸治疗，观察组在此基础上联合前牙转矩辅弓进行精细调节，关闭间隙前后拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片，对两组上切牙转矩进行比较研究。结果观察组上牙弓宽度呈现明显增加．前牙覆盖明显减小（3．55±1．68）mm，前牙覆牙合减小（0．78±0．31）mm，在ANB、UI—SN、U1—L1、U1—NA等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论方丝弓联合前牙转矩辅弓在治疗前牙错【牙合】过程中有效地对上下【牙合】前牙进行转矩控制．减小上前牙唇倾度和前牙覆盖，缩短疗程，且操作简单，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Application of edgewise appliance combined with anterior teeth torquing auxiliary arch in orthodontic treatment

Objective To investigate the clincial torquing effectts of edgewise appliance combined with anterior teeth torquing auxiliary arch in the treatment of anterior teeth malocclusion.Methods Forty-two patients with Angle Class Ⅱ Category 1 malocclusion receiving tooth extraction in our hospital from June 2006 to December 2008 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 21 patients in each group respectively.The control group was given the edgewise orthodontic treatment and on this basis the observation group was given the combined treatment of anterior teeth torquing auxiliary arch for fine regulating.The lateral skull positioning X-ray was shooted before and after the gap was closed,and the incisor torques of the two groups were studied comparatively.Results For the observation group,the width of upper dental arch increased significantly,the anterior teeth covering significantly reduced by(3.55±1.68) mm and the anterior teeth overbite decreased by(0.78±0.31) mm.The observation group was significantly different from the control group in the ANB,U1-SN,U1-L1,U1-NA,etc(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of anterior teeth malocclusion,the edgewise appliance combined with anterior teeth torquing auxiliary arch can effectively control the torque of upper and lower occlusal anterior teeth,reduce the inclination of upper and anterior teeth and lips and anterior teeth covering,and shorten the treatment course.In addition,it is simple and highly safe,thereby worthy of clinical application.
