中医辨证分型治疗反流性食管炎66例临床疗效观察

目的以中医药传统理论为指导,研究中医辨证分型治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将2007年5月~2011年5月来我院经检查确诊为反流性食管炎的患者66例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组33例。实验组中医辨证分型施治,对照组进行常规治疗。结果实验组患者经过中医辨证分型施治后,气郁痰阻型总有效率为90.00%,肝胃郁热型总有效率为84.62%,瘀血阻络型总有效率为90.00%,各组治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。实验组总有效率为93.54%,对照组总有效率为72.73%,实验组临床疗效显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论按照中医分型对反流性食管炎进行辨证施治,治愈率高,是一种疗效显著的治疗方法。

Observation of clinical effect of the treatment for 66 cases of reflux esophagitis with TCM syndrome differentiation

Objective To investigate the clinic efficiency of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for reflux esophagitis with the guide of TCM theory.Methods From May 2007 to May 2011,66 patients who were diagnosed as reflux esophagitis in our hospital were divided into two groups: the control group and the experiment group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the experiment group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results The experiment group after the Chinese dialectical therapy,the total efficiency in syndrome of Qi stagnation of phlegm type was 90.00%,the heat stagnation of liver and stomach type was 84.62% and the Blood stasis type was 90.00%.The result have no statistical difference(P > 0.05).The total efficiency in experiment group was 93.54%,while in control group was only 72.73%.All differences had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment could be a promising method for chronic superficial gastritis.
