护理干预在老年患者肠镜检查中的应用

目的探讨护理干预在老年患者肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法将80例行肠镜检查患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组按常规顺其自然进行检查,不做如何护理干预,干预组则采用全面、细致、有效的护理干预方法,比较两组患者对肠镜检查相关知识的掌握程度、配合检查的依从性、检查结束后对护理服务满意度等指标。结果实施护理干预后,患者对肠镜检查相关知识的掌握程度：干预组为95%,对照组为62%;配合检查的顺从性：干预组为100%,对照组为75%;对护理服务满意度：干预组为100%,对照组为85%。干预组各项指标均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在老年肠镜检查中应用护理干预能有效减轻患者不良心理和应激反应,提高肠镜检查成功率,提高护理服务满意度。

Application of nursing intervention in elderly patients colonoscopy

Objective To investigate application effects of nursing intervention in the elderly patients colonoscopy.Methods 80 patients receiving routine colonoscopy were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention groups.The control group received routine examination but didn ’t receive nursing intervention.The intervention group received comprehensive,detailed and effective nursing intervention methods.The patients’ master of colonoscopy-related knowledge,coordinate with the inspection compliance,and nursing service satisfaction after the check were observed and compared.Results After the implementation of nursing intervention,the patients ’master of colonoscopy-related knowledge was 95% for the intervention group and 62% for the control group,the patients ’compliance with inspection was 100% for the intervention group and 75% for the control group,and the nursing service satisfaction was 100% for the intervention group and 85% for the control group.Various indicators of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in the colonoscopy for the elderly patients can effectively reduce the patients’ adverse psychology and stress response,improve the success rate of colonoscopy and improve nursing service satisfaction.
